Returns Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are not required to return the item for refunds on damaged or incorrect orders.
Refunds We offer refunds in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was lost in transit and never delivered
If your order qualifies, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We Do Not Accept Refunds For:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by customs or carrier
